This is without taking into consideration the Racing Commission rules and the law that was passed that require documents be from currently sitting officials.
It just doesn’t make sense to be able to submit an application with a support letter that is over four months old from an official that has been out of office for over four months.

David Henderson: I agree. It say’s THE not A. Not being an expert I still took the time to reread the Amendment. It looks to me that the RC and the Legislature did their jobs as instructed by the Amendment and it should stand the test.
